The Office of the Auditor General for Yobe State is established by the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to audit the accounts of all accounting officers and entities of the State Government.
Our mission is to promote accountability, transparency and good governance in the management of public funds through independent, objective and professional auditing.
We provide assurance to the Yobe State House of Assembly and the public that public funds are used for the purposes intended by law and in an efficient, effective and economical manner.
